I also just adore the design of her outfit! I like the contrast of the bright red jacket against her dark dress. The bow is also a nice touch. It adds a "cute" element in there.
The anatomy is great for the most part. I will say that the hands and thighs are a bit iffy. The thumbs on her hands are just a tad short. Also her thighs are a little thick, judging from her bent-over posture. Other than that, well done!
The idea behind her is quite original. A personification of the idea that mp3s have life-spans. Brilliant! It would make a great anime someday. *hint* *hint*
