Lolita?

oooh! I think i've taken a further step in CGing hair. lol. It's so shiny! This piece is kinda simple, probably more on the anime side than watercolor. (used SAI)

I'm considering whether i should use it to enter the loli contest, do you consider her as a loli? I don't think her clothes is fancy enough to be called a lolita, however, the definition in our club said "lolis are only anime/manga girls aged under 10". So maybe it's ok...
